What is the future of our environment? - World Environment Day Event    Sun Jun 4, 2017, Kitchener, ON

What is the future of our environment?

When: Sunday, June 4th 1-3 pm in recognition of World Environment Day
Where: Rotunda at Kitchener City Hall
Hosted by: Waterloo Region Blue Dot Team

What is the future of our environment? If we want it to be healthy, what actions do we take?

What should we move towards?

What should we move away from?

Come to this event to share your ideas, learn about positive impacts that you can make, hear personal stories of environmental change and find out how a Canadian Environmental Bill of Rights would help us all in our quest for a healthy environment (clean air, clean water and safe food) for ourselves, our children and future generations.

Did you know...15 million Canadians now live in Blue Dot communities all across Canada that formally support the right to a healthy environment, including all eight of the Waterloo Region Municipalities! More than 110 countries around the world already recognize the right to a healthy environment. But not Canada. The Blue Dot Movement hopes to change this.

This World Environment Day event will be hosted by the Waterloo Region Blue Dot Team. Come hear compelling stories from fellow community members as they are live streamed, share your ideas and stories and meet environmental organizations from our area while enjoying refreshments, entertainment, games and activities for the kids.

FREE but please register for this event at https://www.eventbrite.ca/e/blue-dot-event-what-is-the-future-of-our-env...
