VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY

Position: Youth Advisory Committee Members

Share the Road is pleased to announce that we will be hosting Ontario's first Youth Bike Summit in Toronto October 6-7 2013. The Summit will bring together 120 youth from across the province to learn about existing cycling initiatives, receive youth advocacy training and to explore how they can connect with stakeholders to improve cycling conditions in their community.

Do you know a high school student who might be interested in attending -- or in playing a leadership role in organizing the Summit? We are currently working to recruit students for our Youth Advisory Committee. This group of students will work closely with Share the Road between now and October to develop exciting and youth-friendly summit content.
