National Capital Vegetarian Association Summer BBQ and Potluck    Sun Aug 14, 2011, Ottawa, ON

Date: Sunday, August 14th from 11:30am-3:00pm

Location: Vincent Massey Park - Section D

Come out for the National Capital Vegetarian Association's first ever outdoor summer BBQ & Potluck! Join us for great vegan food, games, prizes and much more!

The NCVA will be providing veggie burgers/dogs to the first 100 people so arrive early and bring your appetite. Condiments and drinks will also be available. This is a potluck event so please bring a VEGAN dish (with ingredient list) that serves between 10-12, as well as your own plate, cutlery, and beverage. Don't forget a serving utensil for your dish.

This is a family friendly event and there will be games & colouring for the kids. Lets bring Ottawa's vegan, vegetarian and veg-curious families together for a great day at the park!

This event is FREE for kids, $1 for NCVA members and $3 for non-members (memberships will be available at the event). Bring a blanket, bring a frisbee, and anything else you need to enjoy a day at the park!

Please see the Facebook event for all the details:
