Position: Customer Service Volunteer - Fair Trade

Help Build a Better World through Fair Trade!
Ten Thousand Villages is a store that sells fairly traded products from around the world. We are a non-profit organization that relies on volunteers.
A Ten Thousand Villages Volunteer is:
* Customer service orientated
* Able to work several 4 hour sales shifts a month for a minimum initial commitment of 3 months (shifts are 10-2pm & 2-6pm)
* Dependable and punctual
* Enthusiastic about our mission
* Able to be mobile on the sales floor
* Willing and able to learn and share artisan stories
* Willing and able to learn computerized cash register
