I have made use of the GoodWork mailing list on two occasions and it has been highly effective in helping me gather expressions of interest from the right kinds of people. I run a small graphic design studio that is focused on the environmental sector and sustainable business. Because we are listed on various multimedia directories, we receive many unsolicited resumes by email. These submissions make it painfully obvious the applicants have done no research at all on our firm or our marketplace.
