Highlights include:
* A facilitated discussion on the impact of the Food Safety Act and recently instituted Meat Regulations followed by the Friday evening reception, hosted by IOPA and COG-VI.
* Trade Show and Poster Presentations (open at 6:00pm Friday): a marketplace of products and ideas to challenge your imagination.
* Practical and interactive workshops throughout Saturday and on Sunday covering a wide range of topics
* Saturday evening's gourmet banquet followed by the Revolutionary Farmers Coffee House - entertainment by Midnight Bridge (Phil Vernon and Murray Reiss) and ...
* The auction!! The creative wealth of our community is reflected in the range of items to be auctioned: clothing, books, art, food, wine, tools, seeds - endless possibilities. If you would like to donate an auction item, just bring it with you. We'll conduct a silent auction with auction items on display from 6:00pm Friday evening until 8:00pm Saturday, when the winning bidders can collect their treasures.

If you need Shuttle services: after arrival, travelers should call 686-2395 to arrange pick up. This service will be available Thursday, Feb. 28 through Sunday, Mar. 2.
