Vote out Flouride - Regenesis Project    Wed Aug 4, 2010, Toronto, ON

Join us for a small (yes, don't expect a large crowd and then walk away thinking it's cancelled b/c it's NOT!) rally across the square. This is an educational rally to educate and engage our peers. ie the citizens of Toronto. We will be handing out information and collecting signatures for our petition. The petition is to achieve a plebicite aka referendum aka vote on the next election ballot where you will decide the fate of fl...uoridation in our city.

Common questions:

Is it legal? ie. will I get arrested?

It is your constitutional right to engage in civic actiion so long as it is not violent or threatening to the general public. I've been doing this for over 15 years and never had a problem. In fact, the police have been cooperative and non engaging. Just how we like'em.

What if I've never done a rally before?

Don't care. Come 10 mins early and we'll go over what you can expect.

What can I expect?

Mostly people ignoring you or walking by with blank stares. The odd ones will approach you and ask you about the subject. You will politley and ever so gently, explain why in your own words. If you don't know the science, politly get one of the red shirt participants' attention. We will take care of them and bring them gently into the light of truth and vigilence.

Will this be fun?

Is saving the world ever not?

We will all go to our favourite veggie joint after. Vegan acoomodation there also.
